Shipping, Returns & FAQs
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First-Class Mail or Priority. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We strive to ship out all orders within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description.
- We replace any items that are received damaged or defective. We do our best to ensure that all orders are packaged securely, but occasionally things happen in transit. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- If you received an item different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right!
- To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order # and items you wish to return, and we will happily assist you in the process.
- Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any other circumstances.
